Guys have you seen Ryan's short story?

It's so good, it is just so good. When we lived in Victoria, Ryan and I used to hang out and talk about comics things sometimes. He was in an English program and wasn't too sure about that. Recently he got into art school and that is what he will be doing from now on. I think it is pretty clear that this is a good decision, I think that he doesn't know how jealous I am of both his art skills and his comic making abilities.

Ryan also helped me out a lot before I was ever on the internet and was like 'what is all this comics making that people do' and 'what is an internet I don't understand.' I have a lot to thank him for! If you go back far enough (and I did) you find this post when I had approximately zero friends on livejournal. Now I am going to return the gesture and say that if you do not friend this man now and force him to make more comics I am coming to your house and we are going to have a little talk.

I think that Ryan is so darn good that if he ever turned evil everyone would be in a lot of trouble.

For a second, I didn't see the last name, and I thought you were talking about my short story. I got all excited because Kate Effing Beaton had read my short story and liked it.

Then it turned out the story you were talking about was much better than the one I was talking about.

I enjoyed Ryan's hourly comics this year (although I don't think he completely finished them out?) I recall that he was contemplating changing majors -- it is cool that he decided to switch to art school :)

I'll get some tea ready!

I kid, his comics seem very good. You are steadily filling up my friends page with pictures. But I like pictures, those were always my favorite parts of books.

so now I just have to figure out how to say, 'Hi, you don't know me but I am going to start reading your journal because some lady on the internet told me to.'

there was indeed a comic, as google's cache still houses it.
It was indeed dark out last night. So the grue theory holds
quite well.
